Good habits in our daily activity
i want try to write with english, not for cool or for style. just for train my capability in english. in my first writing. i want discuss about good habits. habitually is more important to make our live more meaningfully. lets get to the point, the habits are:

- wake up early. in the morning anything be fresh. and whatever you doing be fun. do you want jogging, working something, play game. certainly after praying. it all be fun if you doing in the morning. for me sometimes it hard to doing, because i sleep too night.
- drink minimal 1 glass after wake up. Put your drink beside your bedroom, so when you wake up you can drink. sometime i drink 1liter when wake up, but after that i always go to toilet.
- read Al-Quran. i try to read 20 ayats with meaning. and my target in one years i can khatam it.
- breakfast. it is important to start the day. I do it everyday cos my parent teach me to breakfast and drink milk.
- always bring little note. to keep your ideas, your mind, your thinking about future. etc
- plan your activity. try to make plan for tomorrow and that week. what you want doing, what your goal? etc
- reading and writing. i try to spend my time for this. cos in this activity many benefits for me.
- sleep between 6-8 hours.
